EAST MINNEAPOLIS. The classic German menu features rouladen with red cabbage, sauerbraten, bratwurst and other grilled sausages, and Schnitzel mit noodles. A variety of beers and wines hail from the wineries in Munich. Lederhosen-clad accordionists stroll about between tables covered in checkered cloth - it gets really lively on the weekends. Old-time German bands perform Wed-Sun. Reservations are recommended.
