Vinaigrette Dressing

1/2 cup walnut oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Combine all ingredients in small bottle and shake to mix.  Serve over salad greens.
