Sift sugar, flour and cocoa together in bowl. In saucepan, bring water, margarine and salad oil to a boil, pour over dry ingredients in bowl and beat until creamy. Add buttermilk, soda, and eggs. Beat thoroughly. Bake in greased jelly roll pan for 18 minutes at 400°F. Frosting
Bring to a boil the margarine, cocoa, and buttermilk. Add powdered sugar and
vanilla and mix well. Spread over warm brownies. |
