Summer Sausage

2 pounds hamburger
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
3 tablespoons Morton's Tender Quick salt

Combine and mix well.  Stuff in to casings.  Refrigerate for 24 hours.  Prick casing with fork or toothpick.  Pour 1/2 inch of water in bottom of broiler pan.  Place meat on rack and bake at 325ºF for about 90 minutes.
