Spinach Salad from Betty Rogert -- Blair, Nebraska Fresh spinach, washed and stemmed Red apples, unpeeled, cored and medium dice blanched, salted peanuts Arrange spinach on plates or in bowl.
Sprinkle with apples and peanuts. Dress with warm mustard dressing.
Cook in a double boiler until thick. |
