German Sausage Salad Fleischsalat This is one of the eight German salads
we serve at our annual Oktoberfest.
Dice
salami & Bologna into small ¼-inch cubes. Mix all ingredients
together and chill 2-4 hours - no more than 10 hours.
3/4 lb. quality hard Salami,
cut into small cubes
3/4 lb. all beef quality Bologna, cut
into small cubes
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons parsley
3/4 teaspoon salt
