Pumpkin Bread

Make 2
Large Loaf or 3 Small 3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup chopped nuts

Make 3
Large Loaf or 4 Small 4 1/2 cups sugar
5 1/4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking soda
4 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
6 eggs
1 cup water
3 cups canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix in remaining ingredients until smooth. Bake in nut bread loaf pans at 350º F.
Individual bread
pans -- 30-45 minutes
Small nut bread pans (4" x 7.5") 60-70 minutes
Medium bread pans (4.5" x 9.5") 1 hr & 15-20
minutes
