Potato Salad
This is one of the eight German salads we serve at our annual Oktoberfest.

4 cups new potatoes,
    cooked, chilled, peeled & diced
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 1/2 cups bacon, fried & crumbled
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together and chill 4-6 hours.
