Pistachio Pâté
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat; cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic until tender, stirring often. Add sherry and seasonings and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in ground meats, and remaining ingredients. Pack into 2 nut bread loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Chill. Can be frozen. |
