Orange Sponge Cake
5 eggs separated
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
Beat yolks, add sugar, orange juice, flour baking powder. Fold stiffly beaten (not dry) white last. Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour.
