Lemon Chicken Sauce


1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons butter
  extra water

In saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch thoroughly.  Add lemon juice, chicken broth, and soy sauce.   Heat on medium,  until sauce begins to bubble and thickens.  Add additional water to thin if necessary.  Add butter.

Grill, broil or pan fry boneless chicken breasts.  Serve on a bed of rice with lemon sauce on top.  Garnish with lemon twist and capers.
