Sour Cream Baked
Halibut

1 pound Halibut
1 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
paprika
Marinate fish in white wine and salt a couple of hours. Drain fish dry with
paper towels. Dip both sides in bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish. Mix
mayonnaise, sour cream, and onion. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with crumbs and
paprika. Bake at preheated 425°F for
15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
