Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake

2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons cocoa

Sift these together and set aside

1 stick butter
1 cup oil
1 3/4 cups sugar

Cream these together

1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Add these to the creamed ingredients and beat well.

2 cups grated zucchini (food processor)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Stir in the zucchini and chips to the liquid ingredient mixture.  Mix the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients.  Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle the top of the cake with the following mixture: n a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, applesauce and oil -- blend with mixer.  Stir in grated zucchini and fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.  Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until tests done.

1 cups chocolate chips
dusting of granulated sugar

Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
