This is one of the eight German salads we serve at our annual Oktoberfest. 4 cups grated carrots 4 Granny Smith apples, cored & grated 4 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons horseradish 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix all ingredients together and chill 4-6 hours. |
