Apple Salad
This is one of the eight German salads we serve at our annual Oktoberfest.

6 Granny Smith Apples, cored & cubed
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 1/2 cups bacon, fried & crumbled
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together and chill 2-4 hours - no more than 10 hours.
