From the owner's manual of a Hotpoint Microwave Oven
In 11x7-inch Pyrex ware heat-resistant glass baking dish place margarine.
Microwave at High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, till melted. Stir in brown sugar. Stir
together flour, baking powder, salt, oatmeal and pecans. Add to brown sugar
mixture blending well. Remove 2 cups and set aside. Pat remaining mixture in
bottom of dish. Spread jam evenly over bottom layer. Sprinkle with reserved
crumbs. Microwave at High 7 to 9 minutes, rotating dish 1/z turn after 4
minutes. Cool, cut into squares.
