German Kuchen

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoon vanilla
Sweet Dough

Prepare sweet dough.  Roll sweet dough about 1/2-inch thick and place in two cake pans, allowing dough to come all the way to the top.  Trim excess dough away from top.

Beat eggs.  Mix flour into sugar, then into eggs.  Add cream and vanilla.  Pour custard mixture into crust.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 350 º F for about 1 hour or until filling is set.  Chill before cutting. Makes 2 pies.
